We go back to 1992 for a second helping of Formula flavored manga with Silhouette Formula 91 in UC 0123. Will it taste as sweet as F90...? Despite a classic cast of unforgettable top-tier characters like Logical Layla, Master Kevin, Bureaucrat McMystery, and a guy named Baz, the character that rose to the top was none other than Elizabeth (any answer besides Subit is wrong). Buckle up for this bumpy ride.
