Good news: Gundam producer Naohiro Ogata dropped some low-key bombshells about what's next for the UC NexT 0100 Project! More Unicorn appears likely and with it Zeon's dissolution. We doubt Mineva makes it out alive when the Cuffs attack Banagher's upgraded Gundam Pegacorn (can you visualize all the Gunpla??). What's your prediction? And finally, the road to F91 is acknowledged... does this mean F90 in animation someday? The future is bright, Universal Century fans!

We join Oliver May's weapon testing team on the Jotunheim to kick off our review of MS IGLOO! Today's episode is all about the first entry in the series: The Hidden One Year War. In a world where capital ships can turn on a dime and Degwin gives pep talks, Char decides to get dramatic. The tic-tac popping pilot of the Hildolfr is the guy she told the Guntank not to worry about. And when Zeon's Odessa escape plan goes awry (was there actually a plan?), a phantom suit saves the day despite its pilot getting the crazy eyes and Bureaucrat McMonocle withholding information.

A new live-action Gundam series appears out of nowhere... it's Gundam Build Real! Plus, Isaac's archenemy returns in the newest MSG Hathaway trailer (also featuring Xi vs. Penelope action)! And look at all this cool new(ish?) merchandise - a replica of Char's helmet, the Zeon grunts finally get their articulated due, and the leader of the New Desides takes his rebellion to the Master Grade scale!

We conclude our review of the first half of Gundam SEED by discussing the characters, the mecha, and whether the show holds up compared to our memories. Kira is Jesus, Mwu is chill, Flay has no chill, Rau has a magic map, Athrun is a bad boyfriend, and deep down Yzak is just mad he got the boring Gundam. In a surprise twist, Isaac allies not with Zeon ZAFT but with the Earth Alliance in order to preserve our blue and pure world! Better send some GOOhNs to correct his attitude!
